NEW YORK (Aug. 10, 2026)—LISC Fund Management (LFM), the investment advisory arm of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), has named Megan McNulty as its new vice president of fund management and finance.

She will oversee the performance of the organization’s twelve impact investment funds, which focus on affordable housing and small businesses development, especially in communities where limited access to capital is a barrier to economic opportunity.

McNulty brings nearly 15 years of expertise in private equity and real estate investment to her work at LFM. Most recently, she was senior director of portfolio management with Center Creek Capital Group in Washington, D.C., where she was a member of the leadership team and managed investment deployment strategy, portfolio performance, acquisitions, and fund-level financial management.

“Megan has significant experience in leading high-performing funds that deliver on their promises to borrowers, investors and communities,” said Tiffany Durr, LFM president.  “She is a strategic thinker, known for her ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to evaluate and improve outcomes. Those skills are critical not only to the performance of our existing funds but will also contribute to our expanding deployment across the country. We are thrilled to have her as part of the LFM team.”

Before joining Center Creek Capital Group, McNulty was vice president of investments with The Promise Homes Company, where among other responsibilities she led a single-family rental fund that invested across the Southeast. Earlier, she was a portfolio manager in Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group helping oversee more than $2 billion in client assets. She began her career as an associate equity research analyst at Compass Point Research and Trading, working on the real estate team.

“Capital has the greatest impact when it’s thoughtfully structured and deployed alongside strong local partners,” McNulty said. “I’m excited to join LFM to contribute to building investment strategies that produce sustainable returns for investors while creating meaningful economic opportunities in communities that have historically lacked access to capital.”

McNulty is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia.

Really enjoyed the tips in this post. They reminded me that quick responses are not only about moving your hand fast. When I tried a reaction time checker, I noticed that watching the screen carefully made a big difference. You wait for the right signal, respond, and then compare your result with previous attempts.

In Build Now GG, I entered a Freebuild session just to experiment with different ways of moving around the map. I ended up discovering a few building patterns that made later fights feel much smoother.

Revisar 192 l.168.8.1 puede ayudar a identificar detalles que fácilmente pasan desapercibidos. Verificar números, letras y puntos permite comparar la referencia con la documentación correspondiente y evitar confusiones innecesarias.
