Cleveland Housing Investment Fund (CHIF) is expanding its capacity to finance affordable housing developments for people with modest incomes, thanks to a $10 million investment from Huntington Bank, which has increased CHIF’s total capital to $53 million.

For more than a decade, Janet Collinsworth has been on the frontlines of supporting women and children experiencing homelessness in Collin County, Texas. As the founder of Agape Resource & Assistance Center, she has helped hundreds of families take steps toward stability. But in recent years, one challenge became impossible to ignore: even after completing Agape’s programs, many families still couldn’t find housing they could afford.

Today, as President of O-SDA Industries, Megan Lasch is helping shape the future of housing across Dallas including a growing portfolio of developments supported by the Dallas Housing Opportunity Fund (DHOF), a fund managed by LISC Fund Management (LFM). Projects such as Kiva East, Envoy 64, and Jaipur Lofts all advance a shared mission: delivering on high-quality, affordable homes in neighborhoods where rising costs are putting pressure on long-time residents.
