LISC Fund Management Releases 2025 Annual Report: Catalyzing Capital for Stronger Communities

We are proud to share LISC Fund Management’s 2025 Annual Impact Report, highlighting the investments, partnerships, and initiatives that helped expand housing access, strengthen local economies, and create lasting opportunities in communities nationwide.
Over the past year, we successfully deployed capital across several funds while building on the momentum of our strongest initiatives. Today, LISC Fund Management (LFM) manages $598 million in impact capital, supported by more than 115 investors and funding partners. While assets under management decreased year over year in part due to successful investment repayments and capital returned to investors, this activity reflects continued portfolio performance, disciplined fund execution, and the ongoing recycling of capital into new community investments. Our $887 million in investments catalyzed $7.7 billion in development activity and contributed to the creation or preservation of more than 20,000 homes—tangible outcomes that reflect both scale and intention.
Addressing the housing affordability crisis remains central to our work. We are committed to solutions that are scalable, community‑driven, and built to last, with a focus on:
